Doesnt quite know how to use it yet but he hails that thing around everywhere! And no there ARE NO CHOCKING HASSARDS. We looked at all of the other chainsaws and this was by far the best one. The markings on the toy are almost identical to the real thing. This is made my Lanard toys, who in my experience, make very life-like toys.
